I have been working out with Zach for almost a year (since March 2016) and have seen amazing results. I have lost 40 pounds overall and I have never been happier with the way I look and feel! Zach is an excellent trainer; he is super knowledgeable on anything fitness related. He truly has a passion for what he does and that translates so much during every session. Zach does a great job at mixing up the workouts, I never get bored during a session, and I enjoy learning all the new exercises he teaches me. He is great at challenging you but also making sure your form is perfect to avoid injury. Overall, Zach is an amazing trainer, he will push you to be better!

My name is Dan and I have been working with Zach for about four months now. This past football season, I suffered a season ending injury to my right knee, injuring my ACL, MCL, and PCL. Thankfully, my injury did not require surgery, but I still had a long road of recovery ahead of me. Since I will be playing Division I college football next year, it was crucial for my knee to heal correctly in order to put myself in the best position to succeed and to avoid any future injuries. With Zach’s help and guidance, my knee was healed and I was back up and running faster than I could have imagined. My focus then shifted from recovering to building muscle and becoming faster and stronger. Zach taught me how to lift correctly and with his training, I quickly noticed lots of gains. I am now much bigger and stronger than I was prior to my injury. I have also been doing lots of speed and agility work with Zach, which has greatly improved my quickness. I am now running and cutting off the injured knee better than ever, like the injury hadn’t even happened. Zach has done a tremendous job helping me through the recovery process and getting me to where I am today. Thanks to his training and support I am now in the best shape of my life and will without a doubt be ready to compete with some of the best competition in college football this coming year.

I have been an active person my whole life and a “cardio junkie” for years. Running, walking, spinning you name it, I did it! It was only when I turned 50 last year that I finally acknowledged that what I had been doing for so many years wasn’t giving me the results I wanted and that maybe it was time for a change! First, I joined Weight Watchers to get my eating under control. After losing 10 pounds, and still seeing no results from all my exercise, I decided it was time give personal training a try.
I met Zach in March 2016 at our first training session. At first, I have to admit that I was very intimidated, not only of him and his fabulous physique, but of all the things he was asking me to do that were completely out of my comfort zone! In all of my years at the gym I had never ventured to the weight area… it was scary! Zach challenged me to do a variety of exercises that I had NEVER done. As I learned the exercises, he pushed me to do more reps, add more weight, work out more often and slowly I noticed my body changing!
I was very impressed with Zach’s knowledge of the body and what muscles to work and how to work each muscle. It is obvious that he has a passion for what he does and he is attentive to what each client needs. Zach pushes me and encourages me and doesn’t limit me because of my age.
After almost a year of training with Zach I have lost 39 pounds and MANY, MANY inches! At 51 I feel as if I am in the best shape of my life! I plan to continue working with Zach for an hour a week for the near future and beyond….
