About the Program

Sometimes you need to take time off from the gym and just need some good old fashioned R&R. With this we will find your muscle imbalances, and work through some soft tissue massage and some IASTM to help you recover from your workout or sport. We will go over the importance of stretching before and after exercise and teach some self mobilization techniques to do when you’re not with a coach. This will run for an hour and will encompass myofascial release and stretching so that you can continue playing a sport at peak condition or to help you recover from a hard week in the weight room.
