About the Program
It has been proven that athletes that are on a proper strength training regimen will perform better than those that do not lift. With this program we will go over the essentials of strength training, proper warm up and cool down, how to perform dynamic warm ups and how to stretch efficiently, and how to lift correctly. It is crucial for me as a trainer and athletic trainer that I teach my clients about form. I want to teach people that it is not about how much you can lift rather it is how much you can lift correctly. I have been in too many schools weight rooms and seen athletes performing exercises that are either too advanced for them or trying to lift too much in a thing I like to call (Ego lifting). In this program I will teach athletes how to become a better athlete and how to be more proficient in the weight room.
