About the Program
With sport specified training, we will first do a free functional movement screen to see what faults you may have. We all know that to become better at a sport, you must put time in to practicing that sport itself. But with our programming we will teach you to enhance your athletic performance through areas such as strength, speed, power, endurance and flexibility etc. We will also help with training specificity and metabolic conditioning. Different sports require different demands from the energy systems in the body, a football lineman will not get the same training as a track runner and we will prepare each athlete differently depending on the sport they play.
