About the Program
Whether you are training for a race or wanting to get in shape for summer, Avidity Fitness can design a program to suit your goals. We will start with a functional movement screen to see any possible faults or muscle imbalances so we can fix those while getting you in shape. We can help with nutrition advice, caloric intake and teach you to count your macros with dieting. Also with our background in rehabilitation and injury prevention, we can assist you with stretching, mobilizing and any questions you have about previous injuries. We can help with post surgical rehabilitation as well as return to sport after an athletic injury.
