About the Program
With group training, you can get high intensity interval training, functional training or sport specific training. Sometimes working out alone is not what everyone wants; sometimes people need others, friends, family or like-minded individuals, so they can all motivate each other and work out together. With group training, we will work on programming a routine for clients that both challenges them and pushes them to achieve what they never thought possible.
