ABOUT AVIDITY FITNESS

Zachary Mullin
Owner

I wanted to start this business to give my clients the best possible personal training I could. No gimmicks here, I want to help whoever needs or wants my help. I want to inspire people, I want to motivate people. The company was created so people can be pushed past the limits of their expectations, so all the stuff they say they cannot do, or haven’t been able to do, can be achieved with hard work. I want to work with athletes to make them better at their sport. This platform can teach people of all ages how to lift correctly, how to train with intensity and how to go beyond their limits to reach the goals they want.

Zachary Mullin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from Plymouth State University in 2010. He passed his board exam and became a New Hampshire and Massachusetts licensed Athletic Trainer. He works for Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network in the Sports Medicine department. He has worked in the physical therapy clinic in Andover and Haverhill Massachusetts as well as Andover High school as the athletic trainer since 2016. He became a Crossfit Level 1 trainer in 2015. He recently became a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has over 6 years of experience in small group training, one on one training and sport specific training of athletes. “I want to make people achieve things they have not even thought of, push them to their limits so they get the results they earned”.
